Support
Stuck on something, found a bug, or is there something in the app that just does not make sense? Send us an email. We read everything, and we use it to make Nysta better.
Email us
It helps if you tell us which device you’re using and what you did right before the problem occurred. That is usually enough for us to find it straight away.
We answer as quickly as we can, usually within a couple of working days.
Subscription
Your subscription follows your Nysta account, but it is managed in the store where you bought it. If you have paid but do not have access in the app, tap Restore previous purchase under Profile, Subscription. Do this on a phone that is signed in to the store you bought from, with the same account you used for the purchase.
App Store
Your subscription is tied to the Apple Account used for the purchase, and it is managed in the App Store. You can cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, and see your next payment under Subscriptions in your settings. We cannot cancel it for you, and we cannot see your payment details.
If you bought it by mistake, or you see a charge you do not recognise, refunds go through the App Store. Write to us if you are unsure and we will point you in the right direction.
Google Play
Your subscription is tied to the Google Account used for the purchase, and it is managed in Google Play. You cancel under your subscriptions in Google Play. On an Android phone, you can also get there from the app under Profile, Subscription, Cancel subscription. If you have switched to an iPhone, you still cancel in Google Play. You keep access for the rest of the period you have paid for, and deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
If you want your money back, you can request a refund on Google Play or write to us and we will point you in the right direction.
My account
You can delete your account in the app under Profile, About Nysta, Delete account. We wait seven days so you can change your mind, and after that we permanently delete your yarn stash, your photos and your account.
If you want to know what we store, and for how long, it is all in the privacy policy.
Read our terms and our privacy policy.
